Split Cases
Got around to splitting the Evo cases tonight. Not bad at all, the tappet blocks are more of a bitch really. Pressed the flywheel right out. No Bearings in the bottom end that I could see, but looks like a bearing may have tried to get in. All in all, worth the piece of mind. Project isn't moving fast, but atleast it's moving. Now to get the fender on the ironhead....

REVENGE.....
Man, where do I start.......?
This is the first shit I'm writing about the run.... kinda raw... still haven't quite thought about everything enough.... rad time, busy time, met a lot of good people, drank a lot, got to ride bikes for a while.........
Here goes....... well, I got buried..... EVERYTHING went sideways..... so much so that I decided mid-week last week that I was gonna ride the run in my truck..... Trike was OUT.... Pan wouldn't run.... had hundreds of t-shirts to do for the run, pins to make, itineraries to make/print, more shirts to print, help Matt finish his bike...........
Well, Kevin and Ken came through and made shit happen... even though I couldn't help with my own shit (for more reasons than just because I was useless), Ken and Kevin didn't give up..... fuck, Ken came to the shop and spent hours making my mag fire........
All I know is that by the time Vander, Kat and Nevette showed up from Brooklyn I was in a full daze..... I actually got everything together and we split for the run Thursday evening..... the Krusher was running like a DREAM....... we rode to Rocky Mount and then around for an hour looking for the bar........
Once we found the pre-party it was ON..... everyone was so stoked that I forgot all the bullshit it took to get there......
The next morning the run started without a hitch..... well, almost..... we had a couple guys down before it started.... but in true "no man left behind" run style we waited.............
FINALLY we were ALL off....... bike was running like a dream...... BUT Matt's bike went down...... nothing major...... especially for a bike we finished literally the day we left........ so, Matt jumped on with me...... cause that's how we roll...... the weather was breaking, the roads were clear, the bike was running like a dream..................... it was the best....... then FUCK..... my primary belt blew out....... slapped Matt's ankle and my ass cheek like a bullwhip........ what a fucking let-down....... bolts let go..... I guess riding two-up wasn't so funny....
The rest of the run went off without a hitch..... we made it all the way without any injuries to speak of, not too many break-downs and a lot of GOOD times...........
AND at the end Benji and Jay made a SURPRISE appearance and MADE my RUN.............
The WHOLE reason I planned the run the first time (and this time was no different) was to hang out with homies and ride..... so, it was GREAT seeing good friends again and riding motorbikes for a few miles.........
Special thanks to Matt, my wife, Nevette, Ken, Kevin, Vander, Kat, Rick, CD Wes, Benji, Jay, Josh, Shoprag and the Blacksheep Misfits Crew, Gorgeous George, Live Wire Jeff, the Speed Kings, Ray, Reggie's, Chris the sticker guy........... I know I'm forgetting people but......
By the end my bike was half as ready to go as it was when we split..... I need a new brake hub for the rear (had to give Benji mine so he could make it home), 2 headlights (no idea how they got fucked but), and a primary belt........ fucking motorcycles...........
More than one use for a DS sticker..... I look like a televangelist - new career path?

Thanks!!
Just wanted to thank everybody who made it out for the second annual Revenge Run! We had a great time, despite all of the mechanical troubles. Aside from Tim and I both having bike issues, there were several bikes that had to be worked on and/or picked up by the chase vehicles. In the end, it was all worth it though! We will be posting photos once we sort through them all, so check the Revenge Run blog often. Additionally, we want to thank all of our sponsors, our chase truck drivers (Brandy, Nevette, and Rick), Matt at Reggie's, and the Black Sheep Misfits crew! The BSM crew really went above and beyond for several people, and are the perfect example of what brotherhood is all about. You can find some photos on the following sites/blogs to tide you over:

Finger Food Friday.... er.... MONDAY.....
I know it's been a few weeks.... Even Fingers needs a break..... we may not get tired of hearing his stories but sometimes life gets in the way of him telling them.... and sometimes he just needs a little time off..... this shit is for fun and not a job...... sorry it's been a bit but hopefully absence makes the heart grow fonder.......
Anyways, here goes......

Hey all you weirdos, freaks and lurkers, what's going on out there in the world?
I know where have I've been... Well, for one, Sweet Cocaine has been taking a lot of my time hustlin' parts, trading parts etc... I finished my chopper, the Social Deviant with a couple of big changes for the new year. I put a spoked rear wheel on - I've never ran a spoked rear so it was a big change for me... looks bitchin. I also put stainless steel oil lines on and did a little touch up on the frame paint.
As for Sweet Cocaine the parts are still rolling in... We scored a title from Brock - thanks brother, big love from me and the DS crew. The tank is at the Painter's getting some black base and a yellow flame job. I can't wait to see this project finished. My plan is to have the rolling bike as close to finished as I can at the Ride to Skate jam in Baltimore.
That's the latest news from Sweet Cocaine central - Buffalo, NY.
So, I have not written anything in like a month and I was thinking the other day about the WHO, the band that is.... I've seen them about 5 times starting in 1975. Last year I saw Roger Daltrey in fla with Pete's brother on guitar. Daltrey has still got a fucking strong voice at 60 some years old. I was totally impressed. And Pete's brother is no slouch either. But what I want to talk about is the '75 show. I was 16 in '75 and really dug the Who. So when I heard they were coming to Buffalo I had to go. I was dating this chick from high school and we were going for tickets when we had heard they sold out. I wasn't about to let that stop me so I came up with a plan - Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus.
Now before you think I went and dropped too much acid listen to my master plan for the best spot to see the Who's sold out show. The circus was in town for a week with the Who playing on a Sunday to a sold out auditorium. Me and my date were going to the circus the day before. We packed a bunch of shit and went up to the nose bleed section - up in the rafters. My original plan was just to hide out in a bath room, but while the trapeze artists were doing their thing I found the perfect spot to hide.
When the show was ending we made a bee-line for the cat-walks in the rafters. After finding an open door that led to a stairway that led to a ladder we were in the cover of darkness some 200 feet above the elephants and tigers and clowns haha. As we watched the Carneys take the three ring circus down we soon realized we were the only one's in the building. We ran around the whole auditorium like kids in a play ground. At about 7 AM we were awakened by some racket - I thought for sure we were busted. We looked around and realized it was the roadies setting up the stage and sound. We sat up in the nose bleed seats and watched it all come together. We scrambled to the cat walks when they were testing the lights,it was there we sat and watched the sound check of a straight killing it rock band. The Who took the stage around 8:00 that evening and we had the best seats in the house. We smoked joint after joint and just when I didn't think things could get any better a sound guy was headed our way - I was way too stoned to think. When he saw us sitting with our legs dangling off the side of the cat walk he said "don't fall" and kept walking - wow I couldn't believe it. It was one of the best shows to date for me. Talking bout my gen generation...............
They call me the seeker.

No Butt, No Putt!
Jay wanted us to do some shirts marking his release from the Navy...the first words out of his mouth were "no butt, no putt, bitches". Gorgeous George drew it up, and here's the final product. It's the same design as out header image. We have them in black with gray ink, or black with orange ink. Hit up our store to cop one!
